Refund & return policy

We want you to love your new purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns for exchange on all unworn items (except bikini bottoms, that we cannot take back for hygienic reasons) within 30 days of the original shipment date.

​​Domestic returns & refunds (Switzerland)

Upon hearing from you, we will provide an address and easy instructions. 
Once your return is received at our address, inspected, and approved, we will send you a confirmation to notify you that your refund for the item(s) will be processed. A gift card for our website will be sent to you via e-mail, minus the cost of the original shipping amount.
