Once your order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to process.
Delivery times vary based on location, but typically domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders take 7-21 days.
You can return your item if it does not fit and get a voucher for a new item. Shipping cost back to Switzerland will have to be covered by you.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. You can also refer to the pictures in our shop and on Instagram, where we noted what sizes our models are wearing for reference. Please consult us via Instagram or WhatsApp if you need help with sizing. We are happy to help you.
If an item is out of stock, you can still order it, and it will be produced specifically for you. Please allow a longer waiting time.
